Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from South Korea.
Estimated delivery times (including order processing) are:
- United States: 9–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–13 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and selected international destinations.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your order throughout its journey.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
