Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product available at The Ritual Skin Lab is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted Korean beauty suppliers.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. However, every skin type is unique, so we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
How do I choose the right ritual?
Each Ritual is designed to target a specific skin concern, such as hydration, dark spots, blemishes, or skin barrier support. Every product page explains who the routine is best suited for.
When can I expect to see results?
Some people notice improvements within the first few weeks. For the best results, we recommend using your ritual consistently for at least 4–8 weeks.
Returns & Support
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll review your request and work quickly to find the best solution.
